Clear poly bags for bulk shipping

Partners Brand PB2465 flat poly bags measure 16 inches wide by 48.1 millimetres thick and come in a clear finish. Each pack contains 500 bags suited for high-volume mailing rooms and fulfilment operations. The flat design allows quick loading of documents, garments or lightweight parts.

Suited for fulfilment teams packing uniform items

Warehouses dispatching catalogues, apparel or flat components will find the consistent dimensions efficient. Buyers who need gusseted expansion, tamper-evident seals or custom branding should look at alternative bag styles. The Proposition 65 notice also means organisations with strict chemical-restriction policies must evaluate compliance.

Fits standard sealing equipment and shelf storage

The flat profile works with impulse heat sealers, tape dispensers or simple twist ties without specialised tooling. Cartons of 500 stack neatly on shelving, freeing bench space during peak despatch periods. No additional packaging hardware is required beyond common sealing supplies.

Questions about this item

Do I need a heat sealer or tape to close the 16 inch wide PB2465 bags?

The flat poly bags arrive open at one end; you must supply a heat sealer, twist ties, tape or another closure method to seal them after filling.

Can I stack heavier boxes on top of cartons packed with these 48.1 mm thick bags without crushing them?

At 48.1 mm gauge the film is lightweight; it protects contents from dust and moisture but will not support heavy stacked loads without additional outer packaging.

How can I confirm the 500-count pack is complete when it arrives?

Count the individual clear bags in the carton; the package quantity printed on the label should read 500 units for model PB2465.
