Product Identity

Partners Brand PB321 flat poly bags measure 24 by 36 inches with a 1.5 mil thickness and come in a clear 500 count pack. They suit businesses that ship or store large flat items such as artwork, textiles or documents. The bulk quantity supports high volume packing stations and mailrooms.

Build and Handling

Each bag is made from clear polyethylene so contents stay visible for quick identification. The 1.5 mil film resists tears during handling while staying light enough to keep shipping weight low. Flat open top design allows easy insertion of oversized sheets without folding or creasing.

Critical Specification

California Proposition 65 warnings apply because the material contains a chemical known to the state to cause cancer and reproductive harm. Buyers who need bags without this regulatory flag should consider alternative packaging options.

Questions about this item

What thickness does the 1.5 mil film provide for puncture resistance?

The 1.5 mil polyethylene film gives a lightweight barrier suited for low-weight, non-sharp items such as clothing or soft goods.

Will a 24 by 36 inch bag fit on a standard impulse sealer?

The 36 inch width exceeds most bench-top sealers, so a wider bar sealer or manual taping is required.

How do I avoid trapping air when packing 500 bags from the carton?

Press each bag flat from the bottom up before sealing; the common error is sealing with air still inside, which bulks cartons and risks splitting.
