Product identity

Partners Brand PB3668 is a reclosable poly bag supplied in a 250 pack for shipping and mailing operations. The transparent 2 mil film suits warehouses, fulfilment centres and small businesses that need quick-seal packaging for flat or lightweight items.

Protection and handling

The 2 mil thickness provides a light barrier against dust and moisture while keeping parcels easy to handle during packing. Reclosable seals allow repeated opening and closing without tape, reducing material waste and speeding up repack tasks in normal workflow.

Workflow fit

Flat 28 by 28 dimensions stack neatly on shelving and feed cleanly into manual or semi-automated packing stations. The bulk count minimises reorder frequency, freeing bench space for product instead of consumables and supporting high-volume dispatch without frequent restocking interruptions.

Questions about this item

How do I seal the 28-inch by 28-inch reclosable bag properly, and what step do people often miss?

Press the interlocking tracks together from one end to the other using firm finger pressure; the step many skip is ensuring both sides are fully aligned before closing, otherwise a small gap stays open.

What part of the 2-mil poly bag will wear out first and need replacement?

The reclosable zipper track loses its grip after repeated opening and closing, so the bag itself is replaced once the seal no longer holds securely.

At what load does the 2-mil thickness reach its limit during sustained use?

The 2-mil film stretches and can tear when loaded with heavy or sharp items over time; it is designed for light to moderate contents rather than continuous heavy loads.
