Small parts storage

Partners Brand PB3857 reclosable poly bags measure three inches by three inches and come in a pack of one thousand. The transparent six mil material lets you see contents without opening each bag. They suit warehouses, workshops or mailrooms that need to organise screws, fasteners or samples in high volume.

Transparent six mil construction

Each bag uses a six mil thick polyethylene film that resists tearing when loaded with metal parts or sharp edges. The reclosable seal presses shut by hand and reopens without tools so operators can access items repeatedly. A clear finish means labels or handwritten marks remain legible through the plastic.

Lightweight bulk handling

One thousand bags pack into a single carton that one person can lift and carry to a packing station. The thin profile adds negligible weight to outbound parcels so postage costs stay low. Bags lie flat until filled, minimising shelf space while keeping dust and moisture off stored components.

Questions about this item

What closure standard does the PB3857 bag use and what does it seal against?

The reclosable zip-track seals out dust and moisture when pressed shut, keeping contents clean during storage or transit.

What shelf or bin depth is needed to store a flat pack of 1000 bags?

Each bag is 3 inches square, so a standard 3-inch deep bin or drawer holds the flat pack without overhang.

How are the bags opened for first use and what step avoids tearing the lip?

Pull the two sides apart at the notch rather than peeling from a corner; this keeps the interlocking track aligned for repeated sealing.
