12-inch reclosable poly bags for bulk packaging

These 12 by 12 inch transparent bags are made from 8 mil thick polyethylene for durable shipping and storage. The reclosable seal allows repeated opening and closing without tape or heat equipment. A pack of 500 supports high-volume mailroom, warehouse or retail operations. Buyers needing smaller counts or different dimensions must look elsewhere.

Thermals noise and power draw

As passive packaging supplies, these bags generate no heat, emit no sound and consume no electricity during use. They add negligible weight to shipments and require no powered tools to seal. Environmental conditions such as temperature or humidity do not affect the seal performance. No cooling, ventilation or power infrastructure is involved.

What the 500-count pack changes

The 500-unit quantity reduces reorder frequency for busy fulfilment stations and keeps per-unit cost low. Bulk packaging suits automated packing lines and shared mailroom shelves. No dispenser, labels or software are included with the pack. Users who need pre-printed branding or integrated dispensing systems must source those separately.

Questions about this item

How do I seal the 12 x 12 inch reclosable bag correctly?

Press the zip-track firmly from one end to the other using your fingers; the step people miss is leaving a small gap near the corner that lets air or moisture in.

Will the 8 mil polyethylene need replacement after repeated opening and closing?

The 8 mil thickness resists splitting for many cycles, but the zipper track can wear or collect grit over time, so plan to replace bags when the seal no longer closes cleanly.

What fails first when the bag is loaded near its 12 inch capacity and handled daily?

The zipper track usually gives out before the 8 mil film tears, especially if debris gets caught in the closure during frequent use.
