Partners Brand PB3977 White Block Poly Bags

These clear poly bags measure 12 by 13 inches with a 2 mil thickness. They arrive in a pack of 1000 units for high-volume shipping operations. The white block area allows for easy labelling and content identification. This product suits warehouses and mailrooms needing bulk protective packaging.

Practical limits of 2 mil poly construction

The 2 mil gauge provides basic protection against dust, moisture and light abrasion during transit. It is not rated for heavy, sharp or irregularly shaped items that could puncture the material. Users must ensure contents fit within the 12 by 13 inch dimensions without stressing the seams. Exceeding the bag capacity increases the risk of tears during handling.

Installation ease and common issues

Opening and loading each bag is a manual process requiring no tools or equipment. The flat stacked format feeds easily into packing stations for rapid order fulfilment. Static cling between layers can occasionally cause double-feeds when pulling bags quickly. Operators should separate sheets carefully to maintain packing speed and reduce waste.
