Transparent reclosable bags for bulk shipping

Partners Brand PB4016 reclosable poly bags measure 20 by 24 inches with a 4 mil thickness and come in a pack of 250. They suit warehouses, fulfilment centres and small businesses that need clear, resealable packaging for high-volume orders.

Upgrading from single-use poly bags

Replacing disposable bags with these reclosable versions cuts waste when items are inspected, returned or repacked multiple times. The jump pays off whenever a shipment is opened and resealed more than once before final delivery.

Check your packing station and item dimensions

Verify that 20 by 24 inches fits your workbench, shelving and the largest products you ship. Ensure the 4 mil film provides enough puncture resistance for the weight and sharpness of your contents.

Questions about this item

Will the 20 by 24 inch opening fit standard shelving or dispensing racks?

The bag measures 20 inches wide by 24 inches long, so it fits most commercial bag dispensers designed for that width.

How do I seal the reclosable top correctly and what step is often missed?

Press the interlocking tracks together firmly from one end to the other; the step often missed is ensuring both lips are fully engaged across the entire 20 inch width.

When should I replace a bag from the 250 pack due to wear?

Replace a bag if the 4 mil walls develop punctures, the reclosable track no longer seals, or the transparent material becomes cloudy enough to obscure contents.
