Dimensions & Count

These flat poly bags measure ten by sixteen inches with a two mil wall and come in a pack of one thousand. The clear polyethylene lets you see contents at a glance for quick sorting. They arrive new and ready for high-volume packing lines.

Warehouse Teams & Light Mailers

Operations that need a consistent, see-through sleeve for documents, clothing or small parts will find the quantity and clarity practical. Shippers sending heavy or sharp-edged items should consider a thicker gauge or a reinforced alternative.

Two Mil Thickness

The two mil construction determines tear resistance and how much weight the bag can hold before splitting. Match this gauge to the typical load so the package stays intact through transit.

Questions about this item

Will the 2 mil polyethylene material degrade or need replacing if stored long-term?

The bags are made from 2 mil clear polyethylene and are supplied new in a 1000-count pack; they have no moving parts and require no scheduled maintenance or replacement while in storage.

What is the first limitation when packing items continuously into these 10 by 16 inch bags?

Each bag measures 10 inches by 16 inches with a 2 mil thickness, so the size and gauge of the bag itself are the immediate constraints on what can be packed.

Do the bags emit any odour or heat when used all day in a busy shipping station?

The flat poly bags are passive packaging supplies; they generate no heat, noise or power draw during continuous use.
