Thermals Noise Power

These polyethylene bags have no moving parts and draw no power during use. Storage and handling remain silent in any packing station. No thermal management is required for the product itself.

Build And Daily Use

The clear film lets staff verify contents without opening each bag. A 2 mil gauge resists routine tears while staying light enough for manual packing lines. California Proposition 65 notices advise that the material contains a chemical known to cause cancer and reproductive harm.

Questions about this item

How do I pack items into the 22 x 30 inch flat poly bags without overfilling them?

Lay the bag flat, place contents inside leaving at least two inches of clearance at the open end, then seal with tape or a heat sealer; overfilling stresses the 2 mil film and causes splitting.

When will the 500-count pack of clear poly bags need to be replenished?

Each pack contains 500 bags; reorder when your remaining quantity drops below the amount you typically use in a lead-time window so you never run out during peak shipping periods.

At what load does the 2 mil thickness start to tear under sustained handling?

The 2 mil polyethylene is rated for light- to medium-weight contents; exceeding roughly ten pounds of concentrated weight or sharp-edged items will cause the film to tear first during repeated handling.
