Kraft reinforced water-activated tape

Tape Logic 9077500 No 7500 delivers a 3-inch by 450-foot roll of reinforced kraft paper tape that bonds instantly when moistened. The fiberglass reinforcement resists tearing during heavy carton sealing. Each case contains ten rolls, supporting continuous packing lines without frequent changeovers.

Tamper-evident seal with minimal waste

Water activation creates a permanent bond that cannot be removed without visible damage, deterring pilferage in transit. The kraft paper substrate eliminates plastic liner waste and integrates directly into corrugated recycling streams. No dispenser noise or static cling occurs during application, keeping the pack station quiet.

Ten-roll case simplifies inventory planning

The ten-roll pack quantity aligns with typical weekly throughput for mid-size fulfilment operations, reducing reorder frequency. Rolls are individually wrapped to protect the adhesive from humidity until the moment of use. No additional software, blades or heated dispensers are included in the shipment.

Questions about this item

How do I apply the water-activated adhesive on the 3-inch wide tape, and what step is commonly missed?

Moisten the gummed side evenly with a sponge or dispenser brush, then press firmly; the step often missed is allowing enough water contact time for full adhesion before sealing the carton.

What part of the Tape Logic 9077500 roll will need replacement after the 450-foot length is used?

The entire roll is consumed once the 450 feet are dispensed; you simply open a new roll from the 10-count package.

What limit appears first when sealing many cartons continuously with this reinforced kraft tape?

The 450-foot roll length is the first constraint; high-volume use will require switching to a fresh roll from the 10-roll pack.
