Flat Poly Bags 28 x 30 In

Partners Brand PB614 flat poly bags measure 28 by 30 inches with a 2 mil thickness. The clear construction lets you see contents at a glance. Each pack contains 250 bags for high-volume shipping and mailing tasks. They suit warehouses, mailrooms and e-commerce operations that need lightweight protective sleeves.

Upgrade from thinner or smaller bags

Moving up from lighter gauge or narrower bags adds tear resistance for heavier items. The 28 by 30 inch footprint accommodates bulky documents, clothing or boxed goods without folding. The jump is worth it when current sleeves split under load or leave excess space that shifts in transit.

Capacity and headroom

A single pack supplies 250 bags, covering extended fulfilment runs without frequent reordering. The 2 mil film handles moderate weight and sharp edges but will puncture under concentrated point loads or extreme cold. Users needing heavier-duty protection or larger dimensions will need a different specification.

Questions about this item

What shelf width do I need to store the 28 x 30 inch bags?

Allow at least 30 inches of clear shelf width so the 28-inch side sits flat without overhang.

How do I seal these 2 mil poly bags without a heat sealer?

Fold the open end over twice and secure with packing tape; the 2 mil film is too thin for reliable impulse sealing.

When should I replace bags from the 250-count pack?

Discard any bag that shows clouding, tears or brittleness; the clear 2 mil material degrades with UV exposure and repeated handling.
