Shipping-Sized Flat Poly Bags

These clear polyethylene bags measure 28 by 36 inches and come in a 250-count pack. They suit operations that need large, lightweight mailers for soft goods, textiles or bulky documents. The 2-mil thickness provides basic protection without adding significant shipping weight.

Handling And Storage Traits

The thin film lays flat and stacks neatly on shelves or packing stations. Bags slide easily over contents, reducing packing time during high-volume periods. No special climate control is required beyond normal warehouse conditions.

Pack-Line Integration

The 250-count carton feeds directly into manual or semi-automated lines without re-boxing. Flat dimensions match common poly-mailer formats, so existing sealers and label applicators work unchanged. Operations needing resealable closures or heavier-duty film should evaluate other options.

Questions about this item

How do I pack items into the 28 by 36 inch flat poly bags and what step is often missed?

Place contents inside the 28 x 36 inch clear bag, then seal the open end with a heat sealer or tape; the step often missed is fully closing the seal so dust and moisture cannot enter.

What replacement will the 250-count pack of 2-mil bags require over time?

The 250-bag supply is single-use; once the pack is depleted you simply order another PB633 carton to replenish your shipping station.

At what load does the 2-mil thickness show stress first during sustained shipping use?

The 2-mil polyethylene reaches its tear limit first when packages exceed the bag's puncture resistance, causing rips at sharp corners or heavy edges.
