Flat Poly Bags 18 x 24 Inches

These clear flat poly bags measure 18 by 24 inches with a 6 mil thickness. Each pack contains 250 bags suitable for general shipping and storage tasks. They arrive new and ready for immediate use in a mailroom or warehouse setting.

Suited for high-volume packing operations

The 250-count pack supports businesses that ship many items daily and need a consistent supply on hand. Buyers who want more storage per bag or a different thickness should look at something else. Operations requiring a sealed closure mechanism will need a separate solution.

Capacity and headroom

Each bag holds items that fit within the 18 by 24 inch footprint without forcing the material. The 6 mil gauge handles moderate-weight contents and resists tearing during typical handling. Very heavy or sharp-edged loads may exceed the bag's practical limit.

Questions about this item

Does the PB8580 poly bag size of 18 by 24 inches fit the boxes I already use?

The bag measures 18 inches wide by 24 inches long, so compare those dimensions to your box width, depth and height to confirm the item will slide in and seal properly.

Can I stack the 6 mil clear bags on top of older 4 mil stock without tearing?

The 6 mil thickness is heavier than 4 mil film, so it supports more weight and resists punctures better, making it safe to place on top of lighter gauge bags during packing.

How do I verify the 250-count pack is complete when it arrives?

Open the carton and count the individual flat bags; a full pack contains exactly 250 pieces, so the total should match that number.
