36 by 54 Inch Flat Poly Bags

These clear poly bags measure 36 by 54 inches with a 3 mil thickness. They are supplied in a pack of 100 for high-volume shipping and storage needs. The flat design suits bulky or irregular items that require full enclosure.

Suited for bulk mailrooms and warehouse packing

Operations that need large, lightweight bags for single-pass packing will find the size efficient. Buyers who want more storage capacity per bag or a resealable closure should look at something else.

One hundred bags per pack for steady throughput

The 3 mil film handles moderate weight and protects contents from dust and moisture during transit. Very heavy or sharp-edged loads may exceed the material strength and require a thicker gauge.

Questions about this item

What size boxes or pallets do I need to fit the 36 by 54 inch bags?

The bags measure 36 inches by 54 inches, so choose a box or pallet with interior dimensions at least that large to lay them flat without folding.

Can I use these 3 mil bags with my existing heat sealer?

A standard impulse or constant-heat sealer rated for 3 mil polyethylene will seal these bags; verify your sealer’s maximum thickness setting covers 3 mil.

How do I confirm the 100-count pack is complete after opening?

Count the individual bags — there should be exactly 100 clear flat poly bags in the package.
