Polypropylene Strapping for Shipping

Partners Brand PSH723 polypropylene strapping provides 9000 feet of smooth 7/16-inch wide material for securing pallets and cartons. It is suited for warehouse staff and small businesses that hand-apply strap to outbound loads. The hand-grade formulation feeds cleanly through manual tensioners and sealers.

Replaces Worn or Split Rolls

When an existing roll runs out or develops frayed edges that jam the sealer, this coil restores a reliable supply. The jump is worth it if the current strap breaks under tension or leaves debris that slows the packing line. It matches the width and length spec that the tensioner was set up for.

Simple Hand-Grade Installation

The strap threads through standard hand tools without motorised equipment. Common issues arise when the seal is not fully crimped or the tensioner slips on a dirty feed wheel. Keeping the dispenser brake adjusted prevents the coil from over-running and tangling during the pull.

Questions about this item

What dispenser width fits the 7/16 inch strapping?

Use a dispenser or cart with a 7/16 inch core guide so the 9000 ft coil feeds straight without binding.

How do you seal the strap without a machine?

Thread the strap through a hand-grade tensioner, pull tight, then crimp a metal seal or buckle rated for 7/16 inch polypropylene.

When should the coil be replaced?

Replace the coil when the remaining length is too short for your standard load or if the strap shows fraying, UV brittleness, or permanent elongation.
