6-inch by 725-foot poly tubing roll

This continuous poly tubing roll measures six inches wide and extends 725 feet, supplied in a black finish. It serves operations that need custom-length bags for irregular or oversized items. Warehouses and mailrooms can cut each piece to the exact length required, reducing waste compared to pre-made bags.

Capacity and headroom for high-volume packing

The 725-foot length provides extensive material for daily shipping cycles before a changeover is needed. Four-mil thickness handles typical parcel weights and protects contents from dust and moisture during transit. Very heavy or sharp-edged loads may exceed the puncture resistance of this gauge.

Black tint adds opacity and UV resistance

The black coloration blocks light, helping to conceal shipment contents and reduce UV exposure for light-sensitive products. No dispenser, cutter or sealing equipment is included, so users must supply their own cutting and heat-sealing tools. California Proposition 65 warnings apply to this product.

Questions about this item

Will the 6 in width of this tubing fit the same heat-sealer jaws I use for 4 mil film?

The tubing measures 6 in wide and 4 mil thick, so it matches standard sealers built for that width and gauge.

How can I verify the roll length is correct once I open the box?

The roll is marked 725 ft; unspool a short section and measure against a known length to confirm.

Does the box include a dispensing core or cutter, or must I supply those?

Only the black poly tubing roll is included; a core, dispenser or cutter must be sourced separately.
