8-Inch Black Poly Tubing Roll

This 8-inch-wide black poly tubing arrives as a 725-foot roll with a 4-mil wall thickness. It is supplied new from Partners Brand and intended for continuous bagging or wrapping tasks in shipping and mailroom environments.

Suited for high-volume custom-length bags

Operations that need to cut exact-length sleeves for irregular items will find the continuous roll practical. Buyers who want pre-sealed pouches, printed branding or a different width should look at alternative formats.

Consistent thickness across the full length

The 4-mil construction holds its gauge through the entire 725 feet so heat seals remain uniform from the first cut to the last. California Proposition 65 notices apply to this material.

Questions about this item

What heat sealer width do I need for the 8-inch tubing?

A sealer with at least an 8-inch jaw will close the full width of the tubing.

Can I run this roll on a dispenser built for 6-inch stock?

The 8-inch width exceeds a 6-inch dispenser, so the roll will not fit or feed correctly.

How do I verify the film thickness after sealing a bag?

Measure the sealed edge with a micrometer; it should read close to 4 mil.
