Press-On Vinyl Envelopes for Storage and Labelling

These clear vinyl envelopes measure 12 inches by 9 inches and come in a pack of 25. Each envelope has a self-adhesive backing that sticks to any dry, smooth surface. A reclosable single-track zipper on the long side keeps contents clean and moisture-free. White inserts are included for laser or inkjet printing.

Practical Limits of the Adhesive Backing

The envelopes adhere only to dry, smooth surfaces and are removable. They are not suited for rough, damp or uneven substrates where the adhesive cannot form a reliable bond. The zipper closure protects inserts from dust and moisture but does not create a waterproof seal. Visibility through the clear matte plastic allows quick identification of printed tags inside.

Upgrade from Loose Labels or Taped Sleeves

These envelopes replace handwritten tags, loose sheets in taped sleeves or non-reclosable pouches that tear on opening. The jump is worth it when you need frequent access to the same information card on pallet racks, shelves or storage bins. They are not for buyers who need a permanent tamper-evident seal or a smaller format for standard file folders.
