16-Inch Clear Poly Tubing Roll

This 16-inch wide clear poly tubing comes in a continuous 1075-foot roll at 4 mil thickness. It suits operations that cut custom-length bags for irregular or oversized items. Warehouses and mailrooms use it to wrap products without keeping multiple bag sizes in stock. The clear film allows quick visual identification of contents.

Check Heat-Sealing Equipment and Workspace

Verify that your heat sealer or impulse sealer accepts a 16-inch wide lay-flat tube before ordering. Confirm you have enough bench space to unroll and support the full width during cutting and sealing. Ensure the 4 mil gauge matches the protection level your products require for shipping or storage.

Continuous Roll Eliminates Pre-Sized Bag Inventory

The single 1075-foot roll replaces assorted pre-made bag sizes and reduces SKU count in the packing area. Operators cut exact lengths for each order, minimising material waste and storage footprint. Clear construction speeds up content checks without opening packages.

Questions about this item

Does the 16 in x 1075 ft roll arrive ready to use or do I need a separate dispenser?

The PT1604 roll is supplied as a continuous length of 4 mil clear poly tubing; a dispenser or heat sealer is not included and must be purchased separately if required.

When should I choose the 1604 specification over a different width or thickness?

Choose the 1604 when you need a 16 inch wide layflat tube with 4 mil wall thickness for packaging items up to that width; other widths or mil ratings suit different product dimensions.

How much finished bag length can I get from the 1075 ft roll in practice?

Each bag consumes twice its finished length plus sealing allowance, so a 1075 ft roll yields roughly half that distance in sealed bags depending on your cut lengths.
