18-Inch Clear Poly Tubing

Partners Brand PT1804 is a continuous roll of clear polyethylene tubing measuring 18 inches wide and 1075 feet long at 4 mil thickness. It serves operations that need custom-length bags for packing, shipping or storage.

Continuous Roll Format

The tubing arrives as a single uninterrupted length so users cut exactly the bag size required for each item. This eliminates the need to stock multiple pre-made bag sizes and reduces material waste during packing.

Suits High-Volume Custom Bagging

Warehouses and mailrooms that pack irregular or varying-dimension products benefit from the cut-to-length flexibility. Operations that only need a few standard bag sizes or prefer pre-sealed pouches should consider alternative packaging supplies.

Questions about this item

How often will the 1075 ft roll of 4 mil poly tubing need replacing?

The roll provides 1075 linear feet of tubing; replacement frequency depends on how many bags you cut and seal each day.

What length limit appears first when cutting bags continuously from the 18 inch wide roll?

Each bag you seal consumes tubing from the 1075 ft roll, so the total footage is the hard limit before a new roll is required.

Does the 4 mil clear tubing generate heat or noise when used all day on a heat sealer?

The tubing itself is passive polyethylene; any heat or noise comes from the sealing equipment, not from the roll.
