18-Inch Poly Tubing Roll

Partners Brand PT1815 poly tubing arrives as a continuous clear sleeve on a single roll. The 18-inch lay-flat width suits wide or irregular items that standard bags cannot accommodate. Warehouse teams cut custom lengths at the pack station, reducing the need to stock multiple bag sizes.

1.5 Mil Thickness & Continuous Feed

At 1.5 mil the film resists punctures from sharp edges while staying light enough for high-volume sealing equipment. The clear construction lets scanners read barcodes through the material without opening the package. The 2900-foot length minimises roll-change downtime on automated or manual impulse sealers.

Replaces Pre-Made Bag Inventories

Operations that currently stock dozens of fixed-size poly bags can consolidate to one roll and cut to fit each order. The switch pays off when SKU variety is high and packers need on-demand length adjustment. Buyers who need pre-sealed bottoms or printed branding should evaluate alternative formats.

Questions about this item

What thickness does the 1.5 mil tubing provide?

The tubing measures 1.5 mil thick, giving a lightweight barrier that suits general-purpose wrapping and bagging tasks.

Will the 18-inch width fit on a standard dispenser?

The roll is 18 inches wide, so it matches common 18-inch tubing dispensers and heat-sealer jaws.

How do I seal the ends after cutting a length?

Cut the tubing to length, then use a heat sealer or impulse sealer across the open end; the 1.5 mil film fuses cleanly when the jaws reach temperature.
