Partners Brand PT2006 Poly Tubing 20 In x 725 ft 6 Mil Clear

20-Inch Poly Tubing for High-Volume Shipping

Partners Brand PT2006 is a 20-inch wide, 6-mil clear poly tubing roll designed for continuous packaging operations. It suits mailrooms, warehouses and fulfilment centres that need to create custom-length bags on demand. The clear construction allows instant content identification without opening the package.

725-Foot Roll Provides Extended Run Length

At 725 feet per roll, the tubing supports high-throughput days with fewer changeovers. The 6-mil thickness handles typical e-commerce goods, clothing bundles and light industrial parts. Heavier items with sharp edges or loads exceeding the film's puncture resistance will require a thicker gauge or alternative packaging.

Replaces Pre-Made Bag Inventories and Narrower Rolls

Switching from fixed-size poly bags eliminates SKU proliferation and cuts waste from oversized bags. Upgrading from narrower tubing widths lets you pack wider products in a single pass. The jump is worthwhile when daily volume justifies a heat sealer and the 20-inch width matches your largest regular shipment.
