Partners Brand PT2204 Poly Tubing 22 in x 1075 ft 4 mil Clear

22-Inch Poly Tubing for Custom Bag Lengths

This 22-inch wide clear poly tubing lets you create custom-length bags on demand for shipping and mailing tasks. The 4 mil thickness provides a balance of clarity and puncture resistance for general-purpose packaging. Supplied on a 1075 foot roll, it supports high-volume operations without frequent roll changes. It suits mailrooms and fulfilment areas that need flexible bag sizing.

Check Heat Sealer Width and Film Compatibility

Verify that your heat sealer or impulse sealer accepts a 22-inch lay-flat width before ordering. Confirm the machine is rated for 4 mil polyethylene film to achieve reliable seals. Ensure you have adequate bench space or a dispenser to handle the full roll length during use. No adhesive or closure hardware is included with the tubing itself.

Replaces Pre-Sized Bags When Variable Lengths Are

Switching from fixed-size poly bags eliminates the need to stock multiple SKUs for different product lengths. The continuous roll format reduces waste by letting operators cut each bag to the exact size required. The upgrade is worthwhile when order profiles vary widely and pre-made bag inventories become difficult to manage.
