Product Identity

Partners Brand PT2602 is a 26-inch wide, 2-mil clear poly tubing roll designed for businesses that create custom-length bags on demand. The continuous 2150-foot length supports high-volume packing stations in warehouses, mailrooms and light manufacturing.

Setup Check

Verify that your heat sealer or impulse sealer accepts a 26-inch lay-flat width before ordering. Ensure the workbench has enough clearance for the roll diameter and that operators can handle the 2150-foot continuous feed without frequent changeovers.

Upgrade Context

This roll replaces narrower tubing when products exceed smaller bag widths, eliminating the need to stock multiple pre-made bag sizes. The step up is worth it when throughput demands fewer roll changes and when odd-shaped items require cut-to-fit flexibility.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and do I need a sealer or cutter separately?

The roll supplies 2150 feet of 26-inch wide 2 mil clear poly tubing; a heat sealer or impulse sealer and a cutting tool are not included and must be purchased separately.

How do I decide between the 26-inch width and a narrower roll?

Select the 26-inch roll when the flat items you bag measure up to about 26 inches across; narrower rolls cost less per foot but will not accommodate wider products.

What does the 2 mil thickness mean for puncture resistance in daily packing?

At 2 mil the tubing resists tears from light to medium weight contents such as clothing, literature or small parts, but sharp or heavy items may require a heavier gauge.
