Partners Brand Flat Poly Bags 9x12

These clear poly bags measure 9 by 12 inches with a 1.5 mil thickness. They arrive in a bulk pack of 1000 units for high-volume shipping operations. Warehouses and fulfilment centres can bag clothing, documents or small parts quickly. The flat design stacks neatly on packing benches.

Sustained packing line performance

The 1.5 mil gauge resists punctures during repeated filling and sealing cycles. Bags separate cleanly from the stack without static cling slowing operators down. Consistent dimensions keep automated sealers running without jams across the full 1000 count. Clear film lets scanners read barcodes through the bag without opening.

Lightweight material and storage footprint

Thin polyethylene keeps parcel weight low for postage savings on every shipment. The 1000-count carton stores flat on shelves without bulky rolls or cores. No special climate control is needed for the clear film in normal warehouse conditions. Disposal follows standard plastic recycling streams where available.

Questions about this item

How much heat does the 1.5 mil poly material generate when stored in bulk all day?

The flat poly bags produce no heat; they are passive packaging material with no electrical components.

What dispensing equipment must I already own to use these 9 x 12 inch bags efficiently?

No special equipment is required; the bags can be filled and sealed by hand or with any standard heat sealer or tape dispenser.

Will the 1000-count pack of PZ450 bags fit on the same shelving I use for older 6 x 9 inch mailers?

Each bag measures 9 x 12 inches, so the larger footprint needs wider shelf space than 6 x 9 inch mailers.
