Partners Brand Self-Seal Bubble Pouches 12 x 15 1/2 in Clear Pack of 200

Self-Seal Bubble Pouches for Shipping

These clear bubble pouches measure 12 by 15 1/2 inches and come in a pack of 200. They are designed for businesses and individuals who need protective cushioning for items during transit. The self-sealing closure removes the need for separate tape or heat equipment. This product suits mailrooms, e-commerce sellers, and anyone packing fragile goods.

Peel-and-Seal Installation Steps

Each pouch features a built-in adhesive strip that activates when the protective liner is removed. Press the flap firmly along the full width to create a secure bond. A common issue occurs when dust or moisture on the flap prevents full contact, causing the seal to open during handling. Ensure the sealing surface is clean and dry before closing, and avoid overstuffing the pouch so the flap lies flat.

Size and Material Limits

The 12 by 15 1/2 inch dimensions set the maximum object size that fits without folding or creasing the bubble layer. The clear plastic film allows visual identification of contents but does not block UV light for light-sensitive items. The air-filled bubbles provide cushioning against minor impacts but are not rated for heavy loads or sharp edges that could puncture the film. For items exceeding these dimensions, a larger packaging format is required.
