Partners Brand SPBW12 Wide Seal Impulse Sealer 12" Transparent

12-inch Wide Seal Impulse Sealer

The Partners Brand SPBW12 is a 12-inch wide impulse sealer designed for closing poly bags and thermoplastic films. Its wide sealing bar creates a strong seal in a single pass. The transparent housing allows the operator to monitor the sealing process visually. It suits mailrooms, warehouses and light manufacturing lines that need reliable bag closure.

Suited for high-volume bag sealing.

This unit suits operations that seal standard polyethylene or polypropylene bags up to the 12-inch width. It is not for users who require vacuum extraction, gas flushing or continuous band sealing. Buyers needing to seal thicker laminates or wider materials should look at a different class of equipment. The impulse method also means no warm-up delay between cycles.

Check bag material and width before ordering

Verify that the bags you use are thermoplastic and no wider than the 12-inch sealing length. Confirm that your work surface can accommodate the sealer’s footprint and that a standard mains outlet is available nearby. No specialised electrical circuit or compressed air supply is required for basic operation.
