Desktop motherboard with Slot 1 and Socket 370 supporting Pentium II up to 100 MHz FSB
This Baby AT motherboard uses the SiS 620 north bridge and SiS 5595B south bridge chipset. It provides Slot 1 and Socket 370 support for single Pentium II processors. Front side bus speeds of 100, 83, 75, 66 and 60 MHz are available. The board is supplied in new condition.
This board suits technicians repairing vintage Baby AT systems or enthusiasts building period-correct retro computers. Integrated SiS 6326 AGP graphics and USB 1.0 ports cover basic display and peripheral needs. Builders needing AGP 4X or faster graphics, SATA storage, onboard audio, LAN or USB 2.0 should look elsewhere.
The single-channel memory controller supports up to 1.5 GB of SDRAM. This capacity limit determines whether the board can handle the intended operating system and applications. Verify your memory requirements against this ceiling before purchase.

The board supports a maximum of 1.5GB of SDRAM across its single channel, so future capacity is limited to that ceiling.
The front-side bus tops out at 100 MHz and the SiS 620 chipset only supports Pentium II or Pentium III processors up to that bus speed, capping sustained performance.
The board uses a Baby AT form factor with AT and ATX power inputs and has no onboard LAN, audio or SATA, so its baseline draw is limited to the CPU, chipset, SDRAM and AGP 2X graphics.
