Tiny dimensions and 1080P resolution

The PCMART 1080P Mini Security Camera measures 1.55 by 0.66 inches and records 1080P video with a 120° wide-angle lens. It connects to 2.4GHz WiFi for remote live streaming and app-based control. The compact form factor suits discreet indoor monitoring in homes or small offices.

Upgrades from basic non-networked cameras

Unlike standalone recorders that only save footage locally, this model adds wireless remote viewing and motion-activated alerts sent to a phone app. The jump is worth it when you need real-time awareness while away and the convenience of loop recording on a microSD card up to 128GB without wiring a dedicated DVR.

Battery life and 2.4GHz-only connectivity limit

The built-in 300mAh battery provides 70 minutes of recording; a 10000mAh power bank extends this to 40 hours, while permanent power enables 24/7 operation. The camera only supports 2.4GHz networks, so it will not join 5GHz bands, and night vision relies on six non-luminous IR LEDs with an unlisted effective range.
