A 2-port DisplayPort KVM switch sharing one 4K 60 Hz monitor and three USB 2.0 peripherals between two computers with button or remote switching
This PCMART switch lets two computers share one DisplayPort monitor and three USB 2.0 peripherals such as a keyboard, mouse and printer. It supports video up to 3840×2160 at 60 Hz and is backward compatible with lower resolutions. The package includes two DisplayPort cables and two USB cables for a complete connection kit. Ideal for users who need to control dual systems from a single workstation without unplugging devices.
Switching between the connected PCs is done by pressing the front-panel button or using the supplied wired remote control. The remote makes toggling quicker when the switch is placed out of easy reach. No keyboard hotkey switching is supported, so users must rely on the physical controls. Installation is plug-and-play with no driver installation required on either computer.
Verify that each computer has a DisplayPort output and a free USB Type-A port for the included cables. The switch provides three USB 2.0 downstream ports; devices that require USB 3.0 speeds or higher power draw may not perform as expected. Buyers who need to share more than three peripherals or who require keyboard hotkey switching should consider a different solution.

Check the monitor’s on-screen display or Windows display settings to confirm the active resolution reads 3840×2160 at 60 Hz while each PC is selected.
The box contains two DisplayPort cables and two USB 2.0 cables; you only need to connect your existing mouse, keyboard and printer to the three USB 2.0 ports on the switch.
The external remote is quicker for frequent toggling, while the panel button works well for occasional changes; keyboard hotkey switching is not supported.
