Pelco SRXP4-3V10-IMD-IR 3MP indoor dome network camera

Pelco Sarix Pro 4 3MP Indoor Dome

The Pelco SRXP4-3V10-IMD-IR is a 3 MP indoor dome network camera built for professional surveillance installations. It captures 2048 x 1536 resolution at 30 fps and includes IR LEDs for night vision up to 98 feet. The varifocal lens covers 3.4-10.5mm with a horizontal angle of view from 95 to 28 degrees. It connects via RJ45 Ethernet with PoE technology and complies with ONVIF Profiles G, M, S and T.

Varifocal Lens and Audio Integration

The 3.4-10.5mm varifocal lens lets installers adjust the field of view between a wide 95 degree angle and a narrow 28 degree angle without swapping hardware. Two-way audio support adds live communication or recording of sound alongside video. A microSD card slot accepts cards up to 1.5TB for local edge storage. PoE simplifies cabling by delivering power and data over a single Ethernet run.

Capacity Limits and Coverage Gaps

The 3 MP sensor at 2048 x 1536 resolution provides detailed footage for general indoor monitoring at 30 fps. IR illumination reaches 98 feet, so areas beyond that distance stay dark at night. The horizontal view stops at 28 degrees on the telephoto end, limiting long-range narrow coverage. Buyers needing wider telephoto reach, higher than 3 MP resolution, or outdoor-rated housings should look elsewhere.
