13-Pocket Accordion File for A4 Documents

This Pendaflex organiser provides 13 expanding pockets that hold up to 400 sheets of A4 or letter-size paper. The zipper closure keeps contents secure during transport, making it suitable for office, school or business travel where loose pages must stay together.

Reinforced Polypropylene Shell Resists Wear

The folder is built from acid-free, PVC-free polypropylene with a 42% thicker shell that resists tearing under daily handling. A metal zipper pull and reinforced edges add durability without adding significant bulk to the 14 x 11.2 inch frame.

Monthly Labels and Tabbed Pockets Speed Retrieval

Customisable pastel stickers and 13 tabbed dividers let you sort by subject or month for fast access. The waterproof exterior protects papers from spills, while the expandable spine accommodates the full 400-sheet capacity without overstuffing.

Questions about this item

How do I set up the 13 pockets and what step do people usually miss?

Insert the included monthly labels into each tabbed pocket before loading papers; skipping this step makes it hard to identify sections later.

What part of this folder will wear out first and need replacing?

The metal zipper pull and reinforced edges are built for daily use, but the zipper mechanism itself is the component most likely to fail after heavy, repeated opening and closing.

At what point does the 400-sheet capacity become a problem during sustained use?

Once you exceed roughly 400 sheets the expandable spine reaches its limit, the zipper strains to close, and the polypropylene shell can deform, making the folder bulky and less secure.
