Pendaflex 4 Inch Hanging File Tabs

This set supplies 50 clear plastic tabs with white paper inserts for standard hanging file folders. The assorted colour pack includes red blue green yellow and orange tabs to help categorise documents at a glance. Each tab measures four inches wide and fits letter size folders.

For colour coded filing systems

The tabs suit anyone who wants a quick visual index for cabinet drawers or desktop organisers. They are not intended for users who need adhesive labels or self sticking tabs that attach directly to paper. Buyers looking for plain white tabs without colour coding should consider a different pack.

50 tabs with inserts per pack

The quantity of fifty pieces determines how many folders you can label in one purchase. Each tab comes with a blank insert ready for handwritten or printed titles. No other count is included in this listing.

Questions about this item

How often will I need to replace the white cardboard inserts in these 4-inch hanging file tabs?

The pack includes 50 white cardboard inserts, one for each clear plastic tab, so replacements are only needed if an insert is damaged or you want to relabel a folder.

What stops me from adding more than 50 tabs to a single filing cabinet drawer?

The pack supplies 50 tabs total; once they are all in use you would need another pack to expand further.

Do the clear plastic tabs warp or become brittle after sitting in a drawer all day?

The tabs are made of polypropylene plastic, which resists everyday office temperatures and does not generate heat or noise.
