36-Pack Letter-Size File Folders

This Pendaflex 82088 set contains 36 letter-size file folders in assorted pastel colours including khaki, peach, light blue and light green. The durable paper construction is designed for daily filing in home offices, schools or workplace cabinets. Each folder measures 8.5 by 11 inches and features 1/3-cut tabs in three positions for flexible labelling. The pack suits anyone building a colour-coded paper filing system.

Assorted Pastel Colours and Expanding Bottom

The four pastel shades let you sort documents by category, date or priority at a glance. Each folder has a scored, foldable bottom that expands to hold more paperwork without bending or tearing, making it useful for growing files such as receipts, schoolwork or ongoing projects. Wide labelling space on the tabs improves visibility inside drawers or desktop organisers. These features work together to keep paper archives tidy and accessible.

Designed for Use Inside Hanging Files

These folders are sized to nest inside standard letter-size hanging file folders, so check that your existing cabinet or drawer accepts letter-size hanging frames before ordering. The expanding bottom adds bulk when full, so verify drawer depth can accommodate the extra thickness. Buyers who need legal-size folders or a different tab cut will need another product. The 36-count pack may exceed the needs of very small personal filing jobs.

Questions about this item

How often will the expanding bottom need replacing under heavy daily use?

The expanding bottom is a scored fold in the paper folder itself, not a separate part, so it does not require replacement unless the entire folder wears out.

What capacity limit will I hit first when filling folders continuously?

Each folder expands to hold more paperwork, and the pack contains 36 folders, so the practical limit is the drawer space available for the full set.

Will the paper material degrade or dust when folders sit in a cabinet all day?

Durable paper construction is designed for daily use in filing cabinets and resists bending or tearing during extended storage.
