Product and Purpose

Pendaflex Poly Index Folders come in a 10-pack of letter-size folders with assorted colours. They are designed for office workers and students who need to organise documents by category. The clear polypropylene lets you see the contents without opening each folder. Colour strips with writable tabs support quick visual sorting.

Installation and Pitfalls

Simply insert papers into the top-loading opening and write on the tabs to label each folder. The folders are sealed on two sides so pages stay in place during handling. A common issue is overfilling, which can stress the seams and make the folder bulky. The .25 inch thickness limits how many sheets fit comfortably.

Interface Limits

The folders use a standard letter format measuring 11.62 by 9 inches with a .25 inch spine. They fit typical letter-size filing cabinets and desktop trays. Polypropylene resists wear, tear and moisture but is not rigid enough for heavy binders. The pack provides exactly 10 folders, so larger projects need multiple packs.
