The Phobya thermal pad uses a 1.5 W/mK conductivity rating to transfer heat from VRAM, VRM or chipset components. Its flexible, low-hardness structure conforms to uneven surfaces and microscopic scratches at low mounting pressure. A slightly tacky surface holds the pad in place once the protective foil is removed.
