Questions about this item

Does the built-in MOSFET 50 W x 4 amplifier run hot or draw heavy current during all-day road trips?

The internal MOSFET amplifier delivers 50 W x 4 channels and is designed for continuous operation in a double-DIN dash opening without external cooling.

My car has a factory steering-wheel control interface — will it work with this receiver?

A wired remote input is provided so an iDatalink Maestro adapter can translate your vehicle's steering-wheel signals to the head unit.

I still use a rear-seat composite monitor — does the composite video output send the CarPlay or Android Auto picture?

The single composite video output mirrors the on-screen source, so video from CarPlay, Android Auto or USB playback can feed an older rear-seat display.
