10/32 Rack Screws 100 Pack

These 10/32 rack mount screws suit installers fitting servers, switches or patch panels into standard network racks, cabinets or enclosures. The 100-piece pack covers large deployments or multiple bays in a single purchase. They are sold new and ready for immediate use.

Steel Build with Black Zinc and Nylon Washers

Each screw is formed from high-grade steel and coated with black zinc to resist stripping during repeated tightening. Pre-attached nylon washers protect rack surfaces from scratches and eliminate the need for separate hardware. A Philips driver is the only tool required for installation.

Pilot Point Heads Guide Threads

Self-guiding pilot points on the screw heads help align threads quickly, reducing cross-threading and speeding up mounting work. This feature is decisive for technicians who value fast, reliable engagement in crowded rack spaces. Buyers needing metric threads or a different thread count should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

What thread standard do these 10/32 screws follow for rack mounting?

They use a 10/32 thread pitch designed for standard networking racks, cabinets and enclosures.

What tools and clearances are needed to install the 100-pack screws with their pre-attached washers?

A Phillips screwdriver is the only tool required; the attached nylon washers add no extra thickness, so they fit standard rack holes without clearance changes.

How do the pilot-point heads change the installation steps compared with plain screws?

The self-guiding pilot points centre the screw in the hole automatically, so you drive straight in without pre-aligning or risking cross-threading.
