  • Product typeServer
  • Upgraded 16AWG pure copper tinned wire supports up to 1000W current for stable high-power delivery
  • Triple-layer PET braided sleeve with inner double-layer structure stays flexible without sagging or swelling
  • Complete kit includes 24-pin ATX, 4+4-pin EPS, two 6+2-pin and two 6-pin PCIe cables for full coverage
  • Two sets of cable combs in black and transparent black enable tidy 30cm routing inside the case
  • Must connect to existing power cables, not directly to the power supply, ensuring universal PSU compatibility

Extension Kit for ATX, EPS and PCIe Builds

This kit adds 16 AWG extension cables for a 24-pin ATX motherboard connector, a 4+4-pin EPS CPU connector, two 6+2-pin PCIe cables and two 6-pin PCIe cables. It is intended for system builders who need longer reach and a cleaner look inside a server or workstation chassis.

Two Combs Sets and Triple-Layer Sleeving

Supplied black and transparent-black combs let installers align every wire at a 30 cm length. The PET braided mesh over a double inner layer keeps cables soft, prevents sag and resists heat so the loom stays tidy after routing.

16 AWG Rating Supports 1000 W Loads

The pure copper tinned conductors are rated for up to 1000 W continuous current, unlike common 18 AWG alternatives. Connect the extensions to existing power cables, not directly to the power supply, to maintain safe operation.

Questions about this item

Will the 16AWG wire gauge need replacement sooner than thicker cables under continuous 1000W loads?

The 16AWG pure copper tinned wire is rated for up to 1000W and resists high temperature, so it does not require scheduled replacement under normal sustained use.

What thermal limit appears first when the triple-layer sleeved extensions run at full 1000W capacity all day?

The 16AWG conductors are designed to handle 1000W while resisting high temperature, and the PET braid plus double-layer structure prevents sag, shrink or swell once moulded.

Do the 30cm combs and braided sleeving add audible noise or measurable heat when the system runs 24/7?

The cables are passive with no moving parts; the triple-layer sleeving and combs produce no noise and the 16AWG wire resists heating even at 1000W continuous load.
