Ultrawide Monitor Arm for 17 to 49 Inch Displays

This gas spring arm supports flat and curved screens from 17 to 49 inches weighing 4.4 to 44 lbs. It uses 75x75 mm and 100x100 mm VESA patterns, so most ultrawide monitors attach directly. The steel and aluminium construction is built for daily adjustment. Buyers whose monitors lack VESA holes must source a separate adapter.

Adjustment Range and Desk Mounting

The arm delivers +50° to -20° tilt, 180° swivel and 360° rotation for full orientation control. Height adjusts from 8.7 to 18.7 inches and the arm extends to 22.4 inches. Two mounting options are included: a C-clamp for desks .5 to 1.8 inches thick and a grommet base for desks .5 to 2 inches thick. Installation is designed for top-side access.

Weight Capacity Decides Fit

The single specification that determines suitability is the 4.4 to 44 lb load range. Monitors lighter than 4.4 lbs will not counterbalance the gas spring, while heavier screens exceed the rated limit. Verify your display's weight before purchase to ensure stable operation.

Questions about this item

How do I fit the C-clamp to a desk that is 1.8" thick without bending the bracket?

The C-clamp accepts desks from .5" to 1.8". Open the clamp fully, seat the lower jaw flat on the underside, then tighten the top knob until the arm stands vertical without wobble.

Will the internal gas spring need recharging or replacement after a few years?

The gas spring has passed fatigue tests and is sealed for the life of the arm; no recharging or cartridge swap is required.

At what extension does a 44 lb ultrawide start to sag below the 8.7" minimum height?

At the full 22.4" reach the arm still holds 44 lbs within the +50°/-20° tilt range; sag only appears if the monitor exceeds the 44 lb limit.
