1U Blank Rack Panels — 10 Pack

This pack supplies ten 1U blank panels for 19-inch server racks. Each panel measures 1.75 in H x 19 in W x 0.39 in D and is built from cold-rolled steel with a black electro-static powder coating. The set includes 60 M6 screws, 60 plastic washers and 60 cage nuts for immediate installation.

EIA/ECA-310 Compliance

The panels conform to the EIA/ECA-310 standard, ensuring they fit any standard 19-inch rack, enclosure or cabinet. This single specification guarantees the mounting holes align with industry-standard spacing so the panels seat correctly without modification.

Airflow Management and Dust Control

Installing these blanks closes unused rack units, directing cold air through active equipment and preventing hot-air recirculation. The solid steel face also blocks dust from settling on internal components. The included M6 hardware lets you secure each panel in seconds, freeing up time for other build tasks.
