Rackmount Cable Management

This 1U brush panel set fits any standard 19 inch rack and organizes cables for a clean professional appearance. The dense nylon brushes seal gaps between equipment to reduce dust buildup inside the enclosure. Installation requires only the supplied screws and no assembly. Two panels are included for multiple rack positions.

Suited for Standard Racks

These panels suit administrators who need simple cable routing and airflow separation in 19 inch two-post or four-post racks. They are not intended for cabinets that require solid blanking plates to meet specific containment policies. Buyers who need integrated cable managers or deeper brush channels should evaluate alternative designs.

1U Steel Brush Strip

Each panel occupies a single rack unit and combines a steel frame with a dense nylon brush strip to block hot air recirculation. The universal mounting pattern aligns with standard 19 inch hole spacing on both two-post and four-post racks. The supplied hardware allows quick fitting without additional tools or brackets.

Questions about this item

Will the nylon brush strip need replacing after a while?

The dense nylon brush is built into the steel panel and is not designed as a replaceable component; the panel itself is the maintenance item.

What stops me from stacking more panels above and below this 1U filler?

Each panel occupies exactly one rack unit, so the 19-inch mounting holes and 1U height are the physical limits on how many you can fit in a given cabinet.

Does the brush panel add any fan noise or power draw when the rack runs continuously?

No, the panel is completely passive — it has no fans, no electronics and no power connection, so it contributes zero noise or power consumption.
