1U 19-Inch 24-Slot Horizontal Cable Manager

This two-pack provides a 1U high, 19-inch wide metal duct with 24 finger slots to organise patch leads across standard server racks. Each slot measures 0.28 inches wide and the unit is 1.85 inches deep. Cold-rolled steel construction with rounded edges eliminates plastic parts and rust risk.

Installers Needing Tool-Less Cable Routing

Suited for network engineers who want permanent metal fingers and a hinged cover to secure cables without zip ties. The included M6 screws and cage nuts allow direct mounting to any standard 19-inch rack. Not for cabinets lacking 19-inch EIA hole spacing or for vertical cable management applications.

24 Finger Slots at 0.28-Inch Pitch

The 24-slot array determines how many individual cables can be separated and routed horizontally in a single rack unit. Verify the slot count and pitch match your cable diameter and density requirements before purchase.

Questions about this item

Does the 1.75-inch high metal duct generate any heat or noise when cables run through it all day?

No, the all-metal cold-rolled steel construction has no moving parts and produces zero heat or noise during continuous use.

What mounting hardware must I already have on my 19-inch rack to install the included M6 screws and cage nuts?

You need standard square or round mounting holes on the rack rails; the supplied M6 cage nuts clip into those holes for the four screws per unit.

Will the 0.28-inch wide fingers on this 1U manager fit alongside older patch panels that use larger cable openings?

Yes, the narrow 0.28-inch slots sit flush in any standard 19-inch cabinet, so they align with existing panels without interfering with their cable routing.
