Blank Rack Panel Kit

This two-piece kit supplies 1U blank panels that mount in standard 19-inch server racks and network cabinets. The folded-edge steel construction adds rigidity while keeping the panels light. Rounded corners reduce the risk of cable snags during installation. The disassembled design packs flat to reduce shipping volume and assembles quickly on site.

Airflow and Dust Control

Installers who need to maintain proper front-to-rear airflow and block dust entry in unused rack spaces will benefit from these panels. They are not suited for builders who require vented or brush-style openings for cable pass-through, nor for anyone needing a solid shelf or equipment tray instead of a simple blanking plate.

Rack Integration

The panels occupy a single rack unit each and align with standard 19-inch mounting rails, leaving adjacent units free for active equipment. No tools beyond common rack screws are required for assembly, and the flat-packed format frees up storage space until deployment. They complement existing cable-management and cooling strategies without adding depth constraints.
