Questions about this item

Will the acrylic surface need polishing or scratch repair over time?

The stand uses fine-polished clear acrylic that resists daily wear; keep it clean with a soft cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners to maintain the finish.

At what weight does the 12 x 8 inch shelf start to flex under a monitor?

The stand is rated to support up to 50 pounds, so typical monitors and small printers stay well within the load limit.

Does the 3-inch-high acrylic trap heat from a laptop running all day?

The open design leaves the sides and rear fully exposed, allowing passive airflow around the device to dissipate heat naturally.
