20U Open Frame Rack with Shelves

The PISKEKAT 20U open frame rack provides 20U of 19-inch mounting space for servers, network gear and AV equipment. Two ventilated 1U shelves and four anti-slip stops hold non-rackmount devices securely. Four casters make the frame mobile while cold rolled steel construction supports up to 260 lbs.

Suits mobile labs and small AV installs

Installers who need a wheeled rack that can be repositioned in classrooms, retail spaces or home offices will find the open layout and included hardware convenient. Builders requiring enclosed sides, lockable doors or higher load ratings should consider a cabinet-style enclosure instead.

260 lb load rating decides fit

The frame’s rated capacity of 260 lbs determines whether your combined equipment weight stays within safe limits. Verify the total weight of all mounted gear before deployment.

Questions about this item

How much weight can the 20U open-frame rack hold before it becomes the limiting factor?

The cold-rolled steel frame is rated for a 260 lb load-bearing capacity, which is the first limit you will reach under sustained use.

Does the rack generate any noise, heat or draw power when it sits fully loaded all day?

No, the rack is a passive steel structure with no fans or power supply, so it produces no noise, no heat and consumes no electricity.

What mounting hardware must I already have to install 19-inch equipment in this rack?

A set of equipment mounting screws is included, so you do not need to supply any rack screws or cage nuts for standard 19-inch gear.
