2U 19-Inch Vented Rack Shelf

This 2U vented shelf mounts in a standard 19-inch rack and extends 18 inches deep. A front lip helps keep equipment from sliding forward. Slotted venting allows airflow through the shelf. It supports up to 55 pounds of equipment.

55 lb capacity with lip retention

The 55 pound weight capacity handles typical network switches, patch panels or small servers. Heavier devices such as large UPS units or dense storage arrays exceed the rated limit. The fixed 18 inch depth may not accommodate deeper chassis. Buyers needing greater load ratings or adjustable depth should consider other options.

Questions about this item

Will the 19-inch width and 18-inch depth fit alongside my existing 2U rack units?

The shelf occupies a standard 19-inch rack width and 18-inch depth, matching typical 2U spacing so it aligns with other 2U devices in the same cabinet.

How can I confirm the slotted venting is providing airflow after installation?

Check for air movement through the slots while equipment is running; the open vent pattern lets you feel or see airflow across the shelf surface.
