Cable management for 19-inch racks

This five-pack of 1U brush panels fits any standard 19-inch server rack or network cabinet. Each unit uses a cold-rolled steel frame with a high-density nylon brush strip to organise cables entering and leaving the enclosure. The brushes maintain airflow while blocking dust and debris. The pack of five reduces per-unit cost and simplifies multi-rack deployments.

1U per panel with horizontal brush strip

A single panel occupies only 1U of rack height, measuring 1.73 inches tall and 0.39 inches deep across the full 19-inch width. The brush aperture handles typical patch-cord bundles and trunk cables for a single rack unit. Very large cable trunks or thick conduit may exceed the brush opening and require a wider manager.

Mounts in standard 19-inch square-hole rails

The panels screw directly into universal 19-inch mounting rails using cage nuts or threaded holes. No special tools or adapters are needed beyond standard rack screws. The low 0.39-inch depth leaves maximum usable depth for equipment behind the panel. Racks with non-standard rail spacing or proprietary mounting patterns will not accept these panels.
