5-Pack 1U Vented Blank Panels

This set provides five steel spacer panels that occupy a single rack unit in a 19-inch cabinet. The vented design allows air to pass through while covering unused slots. They ship new with a black powder-coat finish.

Suits installers closing gaps in 19-inch racks

The panels help maintain front-to-rear airflow in enclosures that follow the standard mounting pattern. They are not for cabinets that use a different width or thread type, nor for situations that require a solid metal blank instead of a vented one.

19-inch width with 1U height per panel

Each piece measures 19 inches wide and fits one rack unit of vertical space. The cold-rolled steel construction and four-screw mounting give a secure, repeatable installation across all five panels.

Questions about this item

How many panels come in the pack and what rack height does each fill?

The pack contains five panels and each one occupies 1U of space in a 19-inch rack.

What does the vented design do for airflow inside the cabinet?

The perforated steel lets air pass through the blank space so cold air can reach equipment above and below without blocking the front-to-back flow.

How does the panel mount to a standard 19-inch rack?

Four screws and nuts secure the cold-rolled steel panel to the rack's front mounting rails, matching the standard 19-inch hole pattern.
