5 Pack 2U Blank Panels 19 Inch

A set of five metal blank panels designed to fill unused 2U spaces in standard 19-inch server racks or cabinets. Each panel is constructed from cold rolled steel with a black powder coating finish. The pack format reduces per-unit shipping cost and provides multiple blanks for larger installations.

IT and facilities staff closing open rack units

Suitable for administrators who need to block dust and improve airflow management in populated racks. Not intended for buyers who require vented panels, cable pass-through openings, or rackmount shelves that support active equipment.

19 inch mounting width

The panels match the 19-inch rack standard, ensuring they align with common EIA mounting holes. This single dimension determines whether the blanks will fit the target enclosure.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 5-pack of 2U blank panels or a single panel for my 19" rack?

The 5-pack lowers the freight cost per piece and gives you spares for future expansion, while a single panel covers only one 2U space.

What does the 2U height actually cover once the panel is mounted in a 19" rack?

It fills a standard 2U vertical slot, blocking dust and dirt from entering that section of the enclosure.

How does the cold-rolled steel construction with powder coating affect the panel's fit in a 19" cabinet?

The rigid steel keeps the panel flat so the four mounting screws align cleanly with standard 19" rack rails.
